At Blak Lyfe Apparel, every item is made just for you — bold, original, and custom-created. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Refund Policy - the basics 

❌ No Refunds – All Sales Final
We do not issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect sizing (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

Ordering the wrong item or color

Delayed shipping outside of our control

International customs or duties

✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement — not a refund.

To qualify for a replacement:

Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

Be ready to provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims made after the 3-day window will not be eligible for replacement.

📦 Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement may be issued.

🧴 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, face masks and sealed goods cannot be returned or refunded, even if unopened.
