We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blak Lyfe Apparel. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will guide you through the returns and exchanges process.
Can I get a refund?
Every piece at Blak Lyfe Apparel is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Your unique style is our commitment.
What should I do if my item is damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Call us at 888-454-1739 ext. 102 with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims made after 3 days will not be eligible for a replacement. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction.
My package is lost — what do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost, reach out to us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement if necessary.
Can I swap my item for a different size or color?
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. If an exchange is approved at our discretion, you will need to place a new order and cover all related costs, including shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Are face masks or sealed items returnable?
No, face masks and other sealed items cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations. Your safety is our priority.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a correct address is confirmed. Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.
What happens if my package is unclaimed?
If your order is returned to our facility and not claimed within 10 days, it will be donated to charity, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Where are returned items sent?
Returned items are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility. If you use a different return address, Blak Lyfe Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. We ensure your returns are handled with care.
