RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blak Lyfe Apparel. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will guide you through the returns and exchanges process.
Do you offer refunds?
At Blak Lyfe Apparel, every piece is made to order — just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, or defective?
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Claims made after the 3-day window will not be eligible for a replacement.
My package is lost — what do I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost, reach out to us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and assist with a replacement if necessary.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Not by default. We do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse. If we approve an exchange at our discretion, you will be responsible for placing a new order and covering all related costs, including shipping.
Can I return a face mask or any sealed item?
No. Due to health and hygiene regulations, face masks and other sealed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a correct address is confirmed. Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order.
What happens if my package is unclaimed?
If your order is returned to our facility and not claimed within 10 days, it will be donated to charity, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Where do returned items go?
Returns are automatically sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility. If you use a different return address, Blak Lyfe Apparel is not responsible for the lost or delayed shipment.
